Healthy habits about eating: Eat vegetables and
healthy protein containing food that is cholesterol free. Reduce bad
carbohydrates (breads, pasta, etc.) to a minimum. Replace bad
carbohydrates with healthy carbohydrates. Drink a lot of plain water
(rather than sweetened water). Reduce sugar related food to a minimum
that would sustain the sugar requirements of the brain, but not much
more (eliminate excess candy and sugar containing food, eat fruits as
the sugar providing food, not sugar concentrated food that would raise
sugar levels quickly.
Read books about the matter such as
"The Zone" and follow their advise. Remember to exercise at
least 30 minutes per day.
